Design

My layout and design courses have been a great way to output creativity. My favorite part about design is being able to physically see and hold something I have created.

For Loyal & Royal, I proposed the story idea, conducted interviews, wrote the story, shot the pictures, and designed the layout. This was published in Cowboy Journal Volume 20, Number 1, Winter/Spring 2018, College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, Oklahoma State University.

My second published piece was created while I was working at The Atherton Hotel. I was challenged with the task of creating a full-page ad to equally promote The Atherton Hotel and Ranchers Club. Thus, the creation of Escape the Routine. This was published in STATE Magazine, Spring 2018.
