During my internship with Justin Brands, I was told by the CEO at the time, "Stay curious." Since then, I often remind myself to stay curious in each new role I take on. This helps me keep an open mind, stay coachable, and always be eager to learn more, which is especially helpful in the ever-changing world of social media.
